Ok so I went and saw McBusted on Sunday night at the Brighton centre and it was incredible!!! I’ve seen McFly quite a few time (I love them) but this concert was on another level and I feel I may have developed a soft spot for Matt Willis! I dragged my boyfriend James along with me and I think we only saw 3 other guys the whole night, that’s dedication ay? I don’t want to give anything away in case anyone hasn’t seen the show yet but prepare yourself, you will be amazed! 🙌

So this happened tonight, it’s safe to say I’m shattered after spending a day of training in London with work! I have been following my tone it up app (first time since being back from hol) and it said to run 3 miles! I nearly fell off my chair😖. I got half way and thought I will just do my usual 2 miles but then I thought NO! You can do this and I did! Feeling very proud and tired but I keep reminding myself that it will be well worth it in the end.

Just got back from the most amazing anniversary weekend in Scotland! So many amazing views which makes me sad to be home but excited to get back into my fitness regime😌 the hard work begins now, especially after eating a full Scottish breakfast every morning!
